Weekday Work Session @ Mill Pond Natural Area

Join us on Thursday, September 19th at 5:30pm for a weekday invasive species removal work session at Mill Pond Natural Area. We’re working on removing invasive shrubs such as buckthorn, honeysuckle, and Japanese barberry.
No experience is necessary to participate. We’ll provide tools and training.
Please be advised that access to this property may be challenging for some because of terrain and the many dead and downed trees blocking routes in.
Parking for this event is at the east end of Chipp-A-Waters Park (1403 W. High St., Mt. Pleasant). The Natural Area is adjacent to the park.
