History Hike at Weting Preserve

Join us on June 6th at 5:00 p.m. at Weting Preserve for a History Hike guided by Joe Nash, Forester for Clare & Gladwin Conservation Districts. We will meander the 80-acre forested property and learn about its history and how to read the landscape for clues to the past.
The preserve is located on Monroe Road in Clare County’s Freeman Township, approximately 1/3 mile east of the intersection with Grass Lake Avenue. Please note, that east of this intersection Monroe Rd is a seasonal road. There is limited parking space at the preserve so please carpool if possible.
