Join us for a mindfulness hike as we experience the forest in a unique way through the act of “forest bathing.” This term comes from the Japanese practice, shinrin-yoku, the act of immersing yourself in the atmosphere of the forest and using all of your senses to deepen the experience. We will meander the property at an easy pace to fully take in our surroundings. Minimal talking is encouraged during the walk, with time for discussion and reflection after.
